Today one of our factory guys decided to go full caveman mode and handcraft a mini notebook from scratch. I filmed the whole thing and couldn’t stop laughing for three minutes — zero automation, zero fancy tooling, just pure “I’m gonna make this happen” energy. Watching him wrestle that notebook into existence was painfully awkward yet weirdly adorable. And the result? Honestly… it actually looks like a real notebook. I’m as shocked as you are.

It reminds me of the question buyers always throw at us: “What makes your notebooks better than the big factories?” The answer is hiding in this very video — we don’t run million-dollar assembly lines here. What we have is a bunch of stubborn craftspeople who refuse to cut corners. It’s clumsy, it’s inefficient, but somehow those rough-around-the-edges methods are exactly what get the details right.
